LATE START POLICY:
Please read the policy below carefully to help ensure that everyone understands the expectations and avoids confusion.
Every wedding is given our dedicated time, focus, and care. To protect the timeline of your special day and maintain fairness to all our couples, ceremonies are scheduled to start promptly at the agreed-upon time.
Grace Period & Tiered Late Fees
- 15-Minute Grace Period: Every booking includes a complimentary 15-minute grace period to allow for small, unexpected delays.
- Respecting Schedule & Time: Because extended delays impact on-site coordination and subsequent commitments, a $30 fee applies for every 15-minute increment ( past the grace period)
Ceremony Start Time Status Fee:
0 – 15 mins Late Grace Period $0
15– 30 mins Late Tier 1 Delay $30
30– 45 mins Late Tier 2 Delay $60
45– 60 mins Late Tier 3 Delay $90
Major Delays (Past 60 Minutes)
To maintain our studio schedule and honor commitments to all couples, our maximum wait window is 60 minutes past your scheduled start time. Delays past 60 minutes may require rescheduling your ceremony or converting your session to an express signing (subject to availability)
Payment Terms for Late Fees:
When Payment Is Due: Any accrued late fees must be paid in full prior to the signing of your marriage license or before you depart the studio.
Payment Methods Accepted: Late fees can be settled on-site via Cash, Zelle, or Cash App.
License Retention: Official marriage license signatures will be completed once all delay fees are resolved.
